Pasteles de arroz is a delicious Puerto Rican Christmas dish, similar to Mexican tamales, yet uniquely tasty. The ingredients are easy to get a hold of and even though there is a little effort involved in assembling the pasteles, they are well worth it for a tasty change of pace!
